Recipe: Inverted Aeropress

18g coffee

Ground medium-fine - 15 on the Baratza Virtuosso

Fill Aeropress to the top with 195 degree water

Stir and let it brew for 45-60 seconds before inverting and pressing slowly for 20-30 seconds
