The Story 

Granja Sao Francisco is the name of Otaviano's family farm near Carmo de Minas. It's been in the family since 1937 when his grandfather first purchased the farm. Since then, it's been handed down to Otaviano and his family and, over the years, they've grown some absolutely amazing coffees. 

This particular coffee is a pulped natural yellow bourbon coffee. It's grown just at about 1180 meters above sea level. We're getting some smooth, full bodied milk chocolate notes in the after taste and a slight walnut on the front end. 

Otaviano's coffee is the perfect morning cup of coffee to warm you up on a cold February morning. 

The Brew How-To

60g coffee
Ground at 22 on the Baratza Virtuosso
Rinse the filter before adding grounds
900ml Water at 200 degrees poured slowly
Should brew in 5 to 5:30 minutes
