Ethiopian Yirgacheffe

Our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is our most popular coffee by far. One of the reasons we love it is that it's so versatile. The medium roast is full of bright, fruity flavors like blueberry and strawberry. It finishes with just a hint of a citrus flavor. Drinking this yirg is like drinking a nice dry Riesling 

Ethiopian Harrar

Washed vs Natural Process CoffeeIf you want to talk about wonderful, fruity, interesting coffees, Ethiopian Harrar is among the most interesting. This particular Harrar is a natural process coffee. This means that after the coffee cherry is picked, they let it dry like a raisin before removing the pulp. This way, the sugars in the cherry have a chance to stay on the bean giving it a very sweet and unique flavor you're sure to love.
