It's been a while since you've heard from us, and we wanted to catch you up on what's been happening behind the scenes at FreshGround Roast.
The past year has been a whirlwind of change. Last year, we quickly moved operations to a new location, and as many of you can imagine, rapid transitions bring their own set of challenges. Between setting up our new roasting space and assembling our new roasting team, our focus remained on one crucial goal: keeping our coffee flowing consistently to our loyal wholesale partners and dedicated online customers.
Many of you have asked about Eric and Krista, our founders, who've successfully transitioned to retirement, embracing the RV lifestyle and exploring the open road. While they're enjoying their adventures, the torch has been passed to our passionate team at Viator Coffee, who've enthusiastically embraced the "MUG life." We're excited to blend FreshGround Roast's tradition of quality with Viator Coffee's commitment to transformative coffee experiences.
Through all the changes, we've quietly but consistently shipped orders, ensuring your coffee arrived fresh and on time. Even though our presence might have seemed silent, we've been busy roasting, packing, and sending coffee to your doorsteps.
Most of our online orders are being shipped the same day or the next day.
