Local orders within 6 miles of our location in Geneva, IL are delivered either by USPS or local delivery carrier. All other orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, or UPS Ground, depending on weight.
Shipping times specified on our checkout page are estimated transit times provided by the carrier. These are not total transit times. Shipping times vary by carrier and delays by USPS or UPS are not the responsibility of FreshGround Roasting.
Shipments that are marked as "delivered" by UPS or USPS are no longer the responsibility of FreshGround Roasting. If your shipment is marked as delivered on the carrier tracking page and is still missing, FreshGround Roasting cannot re-ship your product. Porch pirates are a thing and, unfortunately, we can't be responsible for crime in your neighborhood. Your best course of action is to file an insurance claim with the carrier to refund your money.
FreshGround Roasting ships orders Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed on our web site will be processed within 2 days.
Orders for Pickup at our Geneva Roastery will be ready within 24 hours of placing your order. You will receive an email or text notification (depending on your preferences) when your order is ready to pick up. Pickup orders can be picked up during our normal business hours.
