Roasting dark without overwhelming the coffee with smoky, charred notes is no easy task. That's what we aim for with this coffee. Our Ethiopian dark roast coffee is dark but not overwhelmingly smoky and carbony. There's still a slight fruity note that comes through in the aftertaste yet you still get the bold, rich flavors that dark-roast lovers look for.
