Back in March of 2025, our team had the honor of visiting Josue Martinez at his farm, Las Delicias, in Honduras. They got to spend the day with him and his family, learn about the farm, and sample beans through expert cupping sessions.
This roast is more than just a great cup of coffee; it is a tribute to the valuable women of the region. Produced by a collective of 15+ female coffee growers, the name Nugkui honors the strong women of the ancient Pakamuros culture who once lived along the mountains that today make up the provinces of Jaen and San Ignacio.
